A letter from H.H. the Emir to Djibouti President

Djibouti, May 08 (QNA) - President Ismail Omar Guelleh of Djibouti has received a verbal message from H.H. the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al Thani dealing with bilateral relations and matters of mutual concern.
