RSS, sometimes known as Really Simple Syndication, is an XML-based format for sharing and distributing Web content (such as news headlines) without requiring readers to constantly visit a Web site to see what's new. RSS feeds contain headlines and hyperlinks to longer articles or Web pages.

    How to use the service

You can install a news reader that displays RSS feeds from the Web sites you select, enabling you to view hundreds of headlines at once. After installing the news reader, you can add each feed manually from the Web site by clicking on the "Subscribe" or the "RSS" orange button next to the feed.

    How to get news reader

To get started, download a news reader.
Many news readers can be downloaded for free from the Internet. With this application installed on a PC, the user is able to track updates on a certain site.

How to use RSS service at QNA

You can choose any of Qatar News Agency sections, by finding the orange icon  at the bottom of the page you selected and drag it to the news reader, or by copying the link that appears in the RSS page of the following sections, and paste in the software.

Note: The News Bulletin RSS feeds are under development, it will be ready soon.
