Al Maha lets you get away from the regular hustle and bustle of airports. The speedy clearance facilities are specifically designed to enable Al Maha passengers to glide smoothly through all airport clearance formalities. Add to that, our multi-lingual staff that is there to assist you, making communication clear and understandable and you have no more hassles, no more waits and no more crowded airports.
On Arrival
A royal treatment awaits you right from the moment you step off the plane. You will be received by our cordial staff and shown into a relaxing lounge, where you can have light refreshments and brush through some reading material. And when you’re ready, the Al Maha Service Agent will guide you smoothly through the fast-track passport control and immigration clearance, assist you at baggage claim, escort you through customs and introduce you to the receiving party.
On Departure
The same royal treatment awaits you when departing from the airport. An Al Maha representative will meet you at the entrance, check you in at the first class counter and escort you speedily through the fast-track passport control.
In Transit
Al Maha Services offer assistance to ‘in transit’ passengers traveling through Doha International Airport. Starting with a warm welcome on arrival, followed by speedy clearance covering transfer formalities.
Oryx Lounge
Relax in our Oryx Lounge prior to your flight departure or transit and savor the comfort of first class privileges. The Lounge offers spacious seating, complimentary WiFI Internet access, light reading material and refreshments.
Service Charges
The arrivals or departures service costs QAR 100 per passenger and QAR 70 for each additional passenger traveling together. The Oryx Lounge facility costs QAR 90 per passenger for a maximum of 6 hours. There are no charges for infants up to 2 years old.
Service Bookings
Al Maha Services can be booked at the Al Maha sales desk in the arrivals terminal 24/7. A minimum booking time of 24 hrs prior to service is required. Bookings are only confirmed after payment is received.
