Washington,November 21 (QNA) - US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has formed an adhoc panel under her national security adviser eliot cohen to explore measures that could be adopted to front the somali piracy in the horn of africa. the state secretary spokesman Sean McCormack said in a statement aired over radio sawa today that the un security council has renewed the issue of teh resolution no. 1816 combating such a piracy and said in the meantime that the cause is very complicated as far as bringing proper solutions for it is concerned.
