Instructions:

1. Submit the Electronic Registration Form bellow or Click here to Download the Form in PDF Format, to fill by hand and fax to (+974) 4131692-4131599
or send via email to mediarelations@qna.org.qa.

2. Upload copies of the required documents and papers in the “ Required Attachments” part of the Electronic Registration Form, or Send them via Fax or email to the above addresses, quoting the Registration Number which appears on your screen after submitting the Electronic Form.

3. Your application must be completed 15 days prior to your visit to Doha.
