- Keeping for each association or private establishment a file that includes the contract or document of establishment, its certificate of registration and any rulings issued concerning it.
- Preparing studies related to the support of associations and private establishments in order to assist in their performance and achievements.
- Auditing the annual budget draft and the final account statement of associations and private establishments.
- Reviewing applications submitted by associations and private establishments for approval to join any association, body or club located outside the country.

Administration of Juvenile Care
The mission of the Department of Juvenile Care is to provide social welfare for the people whose social, psychological, environmental or personal situations prevent them from adapting to society. The department also provides safety, security and appropriate care for them. It aims to improve their family situations and encourage them to lead successful lives in order for them to be able to rely on themselves and return to society as rehabilitated individuals.
Core Functions
- Caring and housing juveniles in accordance with the law.
- Supervising social welfare homes for the accommodation, care, correction and rehabilitation of juveniles through social institutions.
- Following-up on the implementation of the special measures, judicial testing and duties assigned to juveniles.
- Providing for the needs of juveniles in social welfare homes.
- Providing juveniles with knowledge as well as theoretical and professional experiences.
- Conduct studies and research necessary to determine the cause of juvenile delinquency and propose recommendations to avoid it.
- Working on spreading awareness necessary for the care and upbringing of children, the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency and the preventative and treatment methods through participating in symposia, conferences, lectures and other appropriate means.
