Doha, June 14 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has issued the Decree No. 44 of 2012 ratifying the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Cooperation in health sector signed between the Governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Malta in Doha on 14/04/ 2010.
 The MoU shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.
  The Decree is effective from the date of its issuance, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.  (QNA)

 HH the Emir Issues Instruments of Ratification

Doha, June 14 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has issued an instrument of ratification approving a draft Agreement on Trade, Economic and Technical Co-operation signed between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of HM Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in Bandar Seri Begawan on 17/01/2012.
 HH the Emir also issued a document of ratification approving a draft agreement on Encouragement and Mutual Protection of Investments signed between the Governments of the State of Qatar and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania in Tirana on 18.10.2011.  (QNA)
