    Doha, July 26 (QNA) - The Qatar Exchange was down on Thursday 5.18 points or 0.06% to 8,226.83 points from the previous closing of  8,232.01.
     The volume of shares traded was up to 5,552,983 from 4,028,703 Wednesday, and the value of shares increased to QR178,353,586.78 from QR152,877,324.68    Wednesday.
      Among the top losers were National Leasing whose share dropped 0.68% to QR43.70 , Salam International lost 0.65 to QR13.69, United Development Company fell 0.83% to QR17.95 and Qatar Oman down 1.60% to QR12.30.
     Among the top gainers were Qatar National Bank which was up 0.15% to QR131.70, Commercial Bank of Qatar rose 0.58% to QR69.50 and Doha Bank gained 0.54% to QR56.00.
      Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector added 2.38 points while the Insurance sector gained 0.75 points. The Qatar industrial sector lost 6.36 points and the Services sector up 18.24 points. (QNA)
