Doha, July 26 (QNA) - The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) announced Thursday a partial closure of Grand Hamad Street will be effective from July 29 to October 24.
One lane of the street in the direction from the Corniche towards Airport Street shall be closed at the stretch between Al Ahmed Intersection and Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Thani Street Intersection, Ashghal said on its website today.
The traffic diversion is for the completion of the drainage pipeline extension works on the street.
Ashghal appeals all commuters to abide by the traffic guidelines to ensure safety and it apologized for the inconvenience. (QNA)
